About Us
OUR MINISTRY

16 New Testaments (out of many more) that have been translated into an indigenous language by Ethnos360 Missionaries.
About Our Ministry
Our family is passionate about seeing the nations reached with the gospel. Every tribe. Every language. Every people. Every nation. That desire is why we serve at the Ethnos360 Home Office in Sanford, FL, helping advance the work of planting thriving churches among unreached people groups.

Many people ask us, “How are you helping reach the unreached if you’re not overseas?”
We love answering that question—because what happens behind the scenes is absolutely essential to getting the gospel to the least‑reached places on earth.

From Short-Term Trips to Long-Term Impact

For years, Ethnos360 (formerly New Tribes Mission) has run short‑term mission trips called Summit, sending hundreds of people annually to experience cross‑cultural ministry firsthand and see the world's needs. These trips were our organization’s #1 mobilization tool—helping young people catch God’s heart for the nations and take their first steps toward a lifetime of ministry.
But over time, the Summit program lost momentum. Without staff to rebuild, maintain, and adapt it, the trips eventually stopped.
That mattered—because fewer people were hearing about the needs of unreached people groups, and fewer were being mobilized to go.
One of the ways our family began serving was by helping breathe life back into short-term mobilization. We have been part of rebuilding the systems, processes, and communication needed to expose more people to the reality of the unreached and the urgency Jesus spoke of:
Luke 10:2
“The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask Him to send more workers into His fields.”
Mobilization is ministry. Without more workers, the unreached remain unreached.

Serving Through Communications — Multiplying the Mission
Today, I serve as the Director of Communications for Ethnos360. Our focus has expanded far beyond a single program. Now, our work touches the entire organization:
-
Website strategy and content
-
Branding and messaging
-
Storytelling from around the world
-
Marketing and recruitment
-
Creative media and print resources
-
Vision‑casting for churches and partners
-
Helping potential missionaries take their next step
-
Strengthening donor communication and organizational clarity
Every story we help tell…
Every resource we build…
Every communication we craft…
…exists to help the global church understand the needs, pray more intentionally, and join God in reaching the unreached.
This work directly supports front‑line missionaries by making sure they are seen, understood, prayed for, and equipped.

How This Reaches the Unreached
Our ministry helps get the gospel to people who have never heard by:
-
Mobilizing new missionaries
-
Strengthening communication with supporters and churches
-
Increasing awareness of the world’s least‑reached people groups
-
Helping current missionaries stay encouraged, informed, and connected
-
Providing clear pathways for people to go, send, pray, and advocate
We remove barriers so missionaries can focus on language learning, Bible translation, discipleship, and church planting.
Communication isn’t just necessary—it’s strategic. It accelerates the mission.

Why Partnership Matters
We rely entirely on the financial partnership of people who believe in taking the gospel where it has never gone before.
When you support our ministry:
-
You help mobilize the next generation of missionaries.
-
You help share the stories that keep churches connected to the Great Commission.
-
You help sustain the communication systems our missionaries depend on.
-
And most importantly, you help bring the good news to people who have never heard it.
You’re not just supporting our family.
You’re sending the gospel into places where it has never been.
We are deeply grateful for your partnership in this kingdom work.

OUR TIMELINE
Mobilization Internship
2018 - 2019
After graduating EBI, we spent one year interning in the Mobilization Department. We learned how to rally people to being a part of God's heart for the nations by putting on events, coordinating the Perspectives Course, and serving in our local church.
Ministry Partnership Development
We raised our support and continue to do so, and many have joined our support team. We can't do our ministry without friends, family, and churches coming alongside us, supporting us every step of the way. We are honored to have partners from Oklahoma, Texas, Wisconsin, and more.

Into the Nations
? -?
Our desire is still to GO to the unreached places of the world. Lord willing after a few years spent in Florida, we will be headed to an unreached people group to begin church planting cross-culturally. But, only the Lord makes our steps.
Bible training was out first phase of training with Ethnos360. We spent 2 years studying God's Word. Church planters should know their Bible well!
Ethnos360 Bible School
2016 - 2018
Ethnos360 Training
2019 - 2021
The second phase of training with Ethnos360. We spent 2 years learning the practical side of church planting cross-culturally. We took hands-on courses and dove deep into learning about Worldviews, Culture, and Language.
Ethnos360 Home Office
2021 - Current
We are currently serving in Florida where the Ethnos360 Home Office is located. Showing others the need of the task remaining of completing the Great Commission.
